Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable — especially if you’ve spent much of your life carrying things on your own. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a meaningful step, and I want you to know you’re welcome.

Whether you’re an adult adoptee, someone healing from childhood trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to begin, this is a safe space to connect.

When you reach out, you’ll hear back from me directly — not an automated system.
I’ll respond within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

From there, we can schedule a free 15–20 minute intro call where you can get a sense of my approach and ask any questions. There’s no pressure to book a session — the call is simply a chance to see if working together feels right.
